STEM Launch students embody growth mindset
STEM Launch middle schoolers demonstrated an astronomical amount of growth in the field of social emotional learning over the past year, with fall panorama data confirming how far we have come. In all areas of student competency, our students grew 10 or more percentage points. Our largest area of growth was growth mindset with 19% growth in this competency, meaning our kids are READY TO FAIL FAST AND PIVOT, a value of our school and STEM model.
This story exemplifies our ELEVATE Focus Area: 21st Century Learners. Sharing stories of students who collaborate, think critically, problem-solve and are digitally literate to thrive in today’s ever-changing world.
