If students would like to practice and enhance math, literacy, or keyboarding skills, they may use the computers and log in to IXL, Think Through Math, Khan Academy, Reading Plus or a keyboarding practice website. Computers are to be used for academic purposes, so social networking and gaming are not allowed at Launch+.

Students may sign up in the main office, and space is limited to 20. In order to attend any Launch+ session, a Launch+ permission slip MUST be completed and on file in the main office. The Launch+ Handbook and permission slip are available in the main office and below in the Documents section. Attendance will be taken and parents are responsible for signing out their student from the front office upon pickup.

Please bring all materials needed for homework, tutoring, or PBL collaboration because locker visits are not allowed. Eat dinner first, and please leave all food, drink, valuables, and other distractions at home.

Launch+ is an after-hours program for the STEM Launch community that provides a quiet work environment in the school library. The program is currently open to students supervised by STEM Launch teachers and one administrator. Thursdays are for students in 6th - 8th grade. Students may complete homework or research, receive tutoring in any subject, collaborate on a PBL, and use technology for academic purposes.

We appreciate the efforts of teachers, students, and parents to make Launch+ a place for our students to enhance their skills and grow as students!

About Our Program: Welcome to Young Rembrandts! We teach drawing with a see - touch - do method that all kids can succeed with, learn from and love! NEW and DIFFERENT LESSONS; EACH AND EVERY YEAR AND SESSION. The secret to our success is that children ALREADY love to draw - we just take their love a little further, by giving them a solid foundation that will take their drawings from doodles to confidence-boosting achievements.

We appreciate the efforts of teachers, students, and parents to make Launch+ a place for our students to enhance their skills and grow as students!
